Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Zanza (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Zanza mobile application and the website at zanza.club. We are a private creator network. Contact us at hello@zanza.club.

2. What we collect

Account information: email address, display name, real name (private), age, city, and country when you register.
Profile content: biography, content niches, social media links, platform information, and any photos you upload.
Location data: approximate GPS coordinates when you use the map feature, with your explicit permission. We collect location only while the app is in the foreground.
Messages: content of direct messages you send to other members.
Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, endpoints accessed). We do not use third-party analytics SDKs.

3. How we use your data

To operate the app: show your profile to other members, enable messaging, power the map, and process your membership application.
To communicate with you: send application status updates and password-reset emails via Resend.
To keep the network safe: investigate reports, enforce community standards, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.

4. What we share

Other members: your display name, city, content niches, main platform, social links, and approximate location (city-level pin on the map). Your real name and email are never shown to other members.
Service providers: Resend (transactional email), Render (hosting and database). Both operate under data-processing agreements.
Legal requirements: we will disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of users.

5. Data retention and account deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the Zanza app: open Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — it wipes your email, real name, bio, profile photo, location, and social links, revokes all sessions, and removes your connections. If you cannot reach the in-app option (for example, because you no longer have access to your device), email hello@zanza.club and we will delete your personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Authentication tokens are stored using iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences on device. All API traffic is encrypted with TLS. We do not log passwords, tokens, or precise coordinates.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@zanza.club.

8. Children

Zanza is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
